TG 2309 SW MAGDALEN STREET (west side) 11/507 26.2.54. No. 44 GV II Former use unknown now office. C16 refaced in mid C18 with C20 rebuilding and alterations. Red brick. Roof not visible. 3 storeys. 5 bays with end pilasters. Central door with 5 steps up. 2 tuscan columns on either side of a semi-circular arch with keystone in the form of a female head. Pediment with triglyph and patarae frieze. Venetian window above doorway. C20 sash windows. Parapet and heavy stringcourse.
