TG 2308 SW TIMBERHILL (south-west side) 23/873 28.3.72. No. 31 (formerly listed as Nos. 31 and 31A). - II Former use unknown now shop. C16 altered in the early C17, C19 and C20. Rendered C20 brick north gable. Pantile roof. Shopfront with central door and former yard entry at extreme left. 3 storeys. jetty at first floor. 3 2nd-floor windows. Double loading-doors at first floor. Casement windows elsewhere. Fascia cornice.
