It dates back to the 16th century and has undergone alterations in the early 17th century, 19th century, and 20th century. The north gable is rendered with 20th-century brick, and the roof is covered with pantiles. The shopfront features a central door and a former yard entry on the extreme left. The building stands three storeys tall with a jetty at the first floor and three windows on the second floor. There are double loading doors at the first floor and casement windows elsewhere, along with a fascia cornice.
