No. 20 Westlegate, formerly known as the "Barking Dickey" Inn, is a building dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with 20th-century alterations and rear additions. The ground floor is constructed of flint and brick, while the first floor features a timber frame that has been rendered. The building has a thatched roof and stands two storeys high, with a jettied first floor. It consists of a single bay and has a 20th-century ground floor facade. The first floor includes a central five-light frieze window, and there is a dormer gable featuring a three-light casement window.
