TG 2308 NE RIGBY'S COURT (west side) 15/683 5.6.72. No. 3 GV II Former house now printing works. Early C19. Red brick. Pantile roof. Corner site. 2 storeys. 3 bays. Central door with moulded surround having corner roundels and small flat hood. Casement window with hood to the left of the door. Sash windows elsewhere with rubbed brick flat arches: glazing bars at ground floor only. Bracket cornice.
