Description

This is a three-storey building on the north side of St Giles Street, dating to the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. The building originally comprised numbers 51, 51A, and 51B, and was once listed as a single entity. It features three widely spaced second-floor windows. The central entrance has a double door with reeded pilasters, an architrave, and a flat hood. Two shopfronts, dating to the late 19th century, are present, each with a central door and narrow, panelled end pilasters and architraves. Sash windows with glazing bars are found throughout the building, each set within a rubbed brick flat arch. A small bracket cornice runs along the top of the facade.
