Description

No. 69 Bethel Street is a former house that has been converted into an office. It was built in the early 19th century and features a white brick exterior with a slate roof. The building has three storeys and is arranged in four bays. There is a door on the left side and a yard entry on the right, both of which are topped with double-order rubbed brick semi-circular arches. The windows are sash style throughout, with rubbed brick flat arches above them. All windows have glazing bars, except for the bottom sashes on the ground floor. The building is also adorned with a box cornice.
