Description

This is a house located 80 meters northeast of The Old Laundry, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a roof made of black glazed pantiles. The building has two storeys and is arranged in three bays. The central door is panelled and set within a fluted Doric timber doorcase, topped by a hood that includes triglyphs and guttae. There is one sash window on either side of the door and three sash windows on the first floor, all of which have glazing bars and are adorned with gauged skewback arches. The eaves cornice is made of timber and features paired modillions. The roof is gabled and has a ridge stack located to the east.
