Description
Wherry Barn is a building that has been converted into a house. It dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed of brick on a flint plinth, topped with a pantiled roof. The barn has two storeys and features a central round arch that once provided access to a dyke for sheltering wherries. On either side of the arch, there is one late 20th-century segmental-headed window, and three windows are located on the first floor. The roof is gabled. The rear of the building is similar in style but includes four casement windows on the first floor.
