Description

Sunnydene is a house dated 1816, constructed of flint with brick dressings and a thatched roof. It has one storey and an attic. The central door has been blocked and replaced with a 20th-century casement window, with similar casement windows on either side, all set under segmental brick arches. Above the windows, there are brick letters and numerals reading "I. H. 1 8 1 6." The house features a gabled roof with internal end stacks. To the east, there is a roughcast and gabled extension, and the rear has a roughcast catslide outshut.
