Description
Masonic Hall, originally a Baptist Chapel, dates from the mid-19th century and has undergone alterations, including the addition of wings on the east and west sides. The building is constructed of stucco with a lined arts painted finish and features a plinth. It has segmental-headed casement windows on the sides and an entrance at the north end, which consists of double doors, each with two vertical panels set in a case with pilasters. There are blank panels or dummy windows on either side at a high level. The eaves soffit is present, and the roof is hipped and covered with slate. Modern wings on the long sides obscure all but two windows, which remain on the east side.
