It is constructed of red brick, with a painted stucco front, and has a slate roof with projecting eaves, gabled at the front and hipped at the rear. The building is single-storied. The front features a segmental arched doorway with a recessed oak door, flanked by sash windows. An octagonal window with star-pattern glazing is set within the gable.
