Description
Union Chapel is a Baptist chapel dated 1839, located in Weston Turville. It is constructed of red brick, with a painted stucco front, and has a slate roof with projecting eaves, gabled at the front and hipped at the rear. The building is single-storied. The front features a segmental arched doorway with a recessed oak door, flanked by sash windows. An octagonal window with star-pattern glazing is set within the gable. The side elevations contain two bays of five-pane sash windows, each with a flat gauged brick arch. A small wing, dated 1908, extends from the north side and a lean-to addition with an asbestos roof is on the south side.
