Description

This is a late 17th-century warehouse located to the rear of number 11 Broad Row in Great Yarmouth. It was likely originally part of a house. The building is constructed of rendered brick and has a pantiled roof. It is two storeys high with a dormer attic. The plan is of a lobby-entrance type. The east front has a door located to the left, with a two-light cross casement window to its left and two to its right. The first floor has four irregularly spaced two-light cross casement windows. A gabled roof is present, and a stack has been removed. A two-over-two sash window is visible in the north gable end. The interior was inaccessible at the time of survey, but a mullioned window was reported to be visible in the north gable wall.
