Description

Holly Frindle Cottage is a 17th-century timber-framed cottage with a front made of yellow stock brick from the early 19th century. It has a plain tile roof and a south gable end that is finished in painted brick. The cottage features an external chimney stack with a square base and two diagonal-set flues. There are two floor bands and the building stands two storeys high. It has three recessed cast iron small pane casements, with the ground floor windows having Gothic top panes. A modern gabled porch has been added to the front, along with a rear chimney stack and a central 20th-century projection.
