Description

59 Norwich Road is a 17th century cottage with a timber-frame structure, plastered exterior, and a brick plinth. It features a pantile roof with gabled ends and has a tall internal brick chimney stack at the south end, which includes lozenge-shaped flues. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. There is an early 19th century, three-light casement window, and a central early 18th century brick porch that has a shaped gable and a round-headed entrance with imposts. To the south, there is a wing that is now a separate house and has been largely rebuilt.
