Description
Colne Cottage is a cottage that likely dates from the 18th century. It has a timber frame with roughcast walls, and the front has been bricked forward, probably in the 18th century. Gable end chimney stacks have been added. The roof is covered with plain tiles, and the building has one storey with attics. There are two segmental-headed casement windows on the ground floor. A late 18th century or early 19th century plank door is present, and there is a casement window in a gabled attic dormer that was added around 1970.
