House, now in multiple occupation. C18. Raised, extended and altered in late C19. Red brick. Shallow hipped slate roof. 3 bays. 3 storeys, originally 2. Front has C19 ground floor addition. Rendered, pedimented Doric surround to entrance, margin lights. French window to left, sash to right. Upper storey sashes with cambered heads, 1st floor centre and 2nd floor smaller. Plat band to 2nd floor. Oversailing brick courses below boxed eaves. Right end stack with 2 bays behind on right return, secondary entrance. Stack on left return, 2 bays with early C19 ground floor verandah, now glazed. To rear: 2nd floor round-headed stair window, blind windows. 2 storey extensions with a canted bay to rear. Interior: early C19 staircase with barley-twist balusters, early C19 fireplace surrounds.
