Description

The statue of Sir Thomas White is located at Merchant Taylors' School in Moor Park, Rickmansworth. It was created in the late 19th century by T. Woolner. The statue is made of stone and features a square pedestal with rounded corners, which has an inscription on the front face. The figure of Sir Thomas White, who lived from 1492 to 1566 and served as Master of the Merchant Taylors' Company in 1535 and as Lord Mayor of London in 1553, is slightly larger than life size and stands on a round base, dressed in 16th-century attire.
