House, used as labourer's accommodation for Hamper Mill, 1776 to 1908. Late C17 or early C18, raised a storey and refronted in early C19. Originally timber framed first floor on brick ground floor, rebuilt in brick and roughcast. Slate roof. 3 storeys. 2 bays. Ground floor: 2 entrances, doorcases with reeded jambs and small hoods, two 3 light casements. First floor 16 pane sashes. Second floor 12 pane sashes. Casements to rear. Central stack on front pitch. Left end stack adjoins Hamper Mill House (q.v.). To right adjoins Hamper Mill Cottage (q.v.). Interior: ground floor chamfered bearers and first floor posts and braces visible in rear wall.
