This is a barn located 20 metres south of Oak Farmhouse, dating from the late 17th century. It features four timber frame bays and is open on the southeast gable end. The exterior is clad in weatherboarding with a corrugated iron roof and a red brick plinth. Inside, the barn has queen strut construction and curved braces supporting the tie beams. There is also a four-bay 19th-century lean-to on the northeast side.
