Description
The building comprises an 18th-century farmhouse with a small barn, likely incorporating an earlier structure. The farmhouse’s front is red brick, with vitreous tile headers. It has a slate roof and a prominent 17th-century square red brick chimney stack. The farmhouse is two storeys high with attics, featuring three segmental-headed casement windows with glazing bars, and a floor band. A large west-facing gable end is present. The entrance is a 18th-century flush-panel part-glazed door set within a latticed wood porch. Adjacent to the farmhouse, on the northwest side, is a single-storey red brick barn with a plain tile roof and small casement windows.
