Description

This small barn, likely constructed as a granary, dates from the mid to late 17th century. It is built of dark red brick and features a steeply pitched corrugated iron roof. The barn has two storeys above a cellar, with a plinth and floor bands. In the late 19th century, alterations were made, including the addition of a stable range on the east side, which is not considered of special interest. The north front of the barn includes a two-storey sack hoist with a weatherboarded gable, and there is a glazing bar casement window on the right.
