Description

Butler's Farmhouse, dating from around 1700 and altered around 1830, is a farmhouse constructed of square red brick with a plain tile hipped roof. The building has two storeys and features three large sash windows with segmental heads. There are two ridge chimney stacks, with the left one being broader and originating from the original house. The right side includes a cellar and has blocked windows on the right elevation. The interior contains details from around 1830. Attached to the front of the house is a garden wall made of red brick and flint, which dates from the 17th century and has 19th-century brick coping.
