Description

Baker's Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It features an exposed timber frame with painted brick infill and has a steeply pitched plain tile roof, with the east gable end being tile-hung. The building has one storey and attics, comprising three bays. The entrance door is located between the left and middle bays and is set beneath a rebuilt ridge stack with four joined shafts. There are three glazing bar casements and two gabled timber frame dormers. The entrance is through a plank door located in a tiled porch that dates from the 18th or 19th century. There are lean-to additions at either end, with the left addition being earlier and having a hipped roof.
