Description

This building is a workshop located immediately west of Butler's Farmhouse. It dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century, but was largely rebuilt in the early 19th century. The workshop has two storeys, with the ground floor constructed from original red brick and flint, while the upper floor is made of plain red brick. The roof features a gable end covered with plain tiles. On the south side, there is a single glazing bar casement window and a segmental-headed door. Inside, there is a 17th-century floor. The workshop is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
