Description

This barn dates from around 1800 and is constructed of red brick with a red pantile roof. It has five bays, a central pedestrian door, a cart door to the left, a two-storey section to the right, and a single-storey section to the right. A honeycomb brick ventilation window is visible. A plat-band string course runs to the end bays and gables only. The south gable is divided into two storeys by a string course, with ventilation windows. A fixed iron window with glazing bars is set under a segmental arch to the gable, and simple barge boards are present. The walls are lined with flint.
