Description

Manor Farmhouse is a 17th and later century farmhouse. It is constructed of flint with red and gault brick dressings, and has a roof of smut pantiles. The building is single pile, with two storeys and an attic, and originally had three bays. It features 19th-century three-light casement windows with glazing bars. The ground floor windows are set within rubbed brick cambered arches, while the first-floor windows have flattened arches. Red brick quoins are present. A central door has four flush panels. A 20th-century hipped, pantiled porch is situated centrally. There are some gault brick courses above the flint at eaves level, and a dentil cornice. Two-light casement dormers with flat roofs are visible. The gables are parapetted and coped, with two gault brick stacks. The north gable is quoined; filled-in windows suggest the date of the house is 17th century. A single-storey, flint, hipped-pantiled roof extension projects at right angles to the south.
