Description

The building is a forge dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and has a roof covered with red pantiles. The forge is a single-storey structure featuring three cast iron fixed frame arched headed windows, each set under simple brick-headed arches. There are also two doors, which are placed under similar arches, including a cart door that reaches eaves height. The building has a brick eaves cornice and a hipped roof, with flint returns. It is included in the listing for its group value.
