Description
Shafford Mill is a mill that was converted into a house around 1980. It dates from the mid to late 19th century and is constructed of brown stock brick with a steeply pitched plain tile roof. The building has three storeys and attics, featuring three glazing bar casements. There is a central plank door, above which is a replacement sack hoist and a bracketed oriel. A single storey late 19th century lean-to is located on the west side. The mill is included for its group value.
