Description
This cottage, located about 10 meters east of Windmill House, is a 17th-century former dwelling that now serves as an outbuilding to Windmill House. It features a timber frame with a rendered exterior and a half hipped thatched roof. The structure consists of three bays and is a single storey. The exterior is decorated with pargetting in a diamond pattern.
The entrance is situated on the left and includes a tiled hood above a plank and muntin door. To the far left, there is a two-light flush frame leaded light casement, while to the right, there are two old three-light leaded pane casements, along with a second plank and muntin door at the far right. A ridge stack is positioned between the two right-hand bays. The right end facing the road has an attic two-light casement. At the rear, there is a flat-roofed weatherboarded extension.
