Description

Dearmans Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century. It has a timber frame and is covered in weatherboarding, topped with a half hipped thatched roof. The building consists of two bays and is two storeys high. The entrance is located in a rendered lean-to addition at the rear, which now serves as the front and has a tiled roof. The windows are 20th-century flush frame timber casements with glazing bars. There is a 17th-century red brick external stack at the front with an offset, and a weatherboarded lean-to addition is present on the right gable end.
