Farmhouse, mid C17 timber frame. Refaced late C19. U-shaped group. Farmhouse has roughcast ground floor and tile-hung 1st floor and attic. Glazing bar basements. Concealed plinth. steep-pitched machine-tile roof. Farmyard elevation has 2 large lateral chimney stacks in red brick with rebuilt diagonal shafts. Exposed timber frame and brick nogging on right side. Similar external stack on elevation towards road, where on left side is a C17 single storey-timberframe and red brick barn with plain tiles, and beyond this a mid C19 barn in yellow stock brick with slate roof. Barns are weatherboarded on farmyard side and include a third at right angles of C19 and red brick.
