Description

This is a barn located about 15 meters west of Rabley Park Farm House, dating from the 18th century and extended in the 19th century. It has a timber frame and is covered in weatherboarding with a tiled roof. The original structure consists of four bays with a single aisle to the south, featuring a gabled threshing bay also to the south, positioned to the right of the center. There is an additional two-bay section to the right. Inside, some of the roof structure includes queen struts that clasp the purlins, along with some queen posts supporting collar beams that also clasp the purlins. Straight braces are present on the straight tie beams.
