Description
Bushey Hall Farm House is a house with origins in the 17th century, rebuilt in the early 18th century and altered and extended in the 19th century. It is constructed of brick with a roughcast finish and features a machine-tiled hipped roof. The building has two storeys and three windows. The central entrance is flanked by paired 19th-century sash windows. On the first floor, there is a central 12-pane sash window with paired 19th-century sashes on either side. The house has coved eaves, rendered quoins, and a plinth. The left side, which is the original front, has two windows with glazing bar sashes. A central 17th-century ridge stack has six diagonal shafts. At the rear, there is a one-storey addition. The right side has scattered sashes and a 19th-century stack. A two-storey wing at the rear contains sashes in reveals and a 17th-century stack with two diagonal shafts. The interior has not been inspected. The house is situated on a moated site to the northwest.
