Description

West Leetes is a house with origins in the 17th century, which was extended in the 18th and 19th centuries. It features a timber frame that is plaster rendered and has a tiled roof, along with an original red brick axial ridge stack. The house has a lobby entry plan and stands two storeys tall. At the first floor, there are two horizontal sliding sash windows and one small casement window. On either side of the doorway, there are two modern casement windows and a hung sash window. The house was extended at the northwest end during the 18th and 19th centuries, and it has a clunch and brick construction on a brick plinth.
