House. C19. Roughcast with margins to openings, quoins, plinth, and floorband in stucco. Slate pyramid roof. A square double- pile house facing W with roof continued lower at rear. Symmetrical 2-storeys 5 windows front with dentilled wooden eaves cornice. Sash windows with glazing bars in heavy moulded flush frames. Lower windows with segmental curve in middle of cornice over. Central panelled door with upper side panels glazed, rectangular fanlight, pilastered doorcase, and broad hood with segmental arched cornice, on brackets. S side of 3 windows with single-storey bow windows and central French doors each with cornices over.
