Description
Vyse Court is a building dating from around 1830, constructed with stucco and topped with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features three windows facing the street, along with a bracketed gable. On the east side, there is a central porte cochere that is set at right angles to the main elevation, supported by consoles that hold up an open roof. Flanking the door are pedestals topped with urns. The rear elevation, which faces the garden, showcases two-storey Tuscan pilasters with a full entablature. There is a projecting square window bay on the ground floor to the east, which is beneath a pedimented first floor that has a bracketed cornice above the window. A modern French window is located on the ground floor to the west, while the other windows are sash.
