Description

30 Windhill is an early 19th-century building that features a facing of a 16th or 17th-century timber frame. The exterior is made of yellow stock brick with white brick lintels and has an old red tile roof. The building stands two and a half storeys tall and has a symmetrical south elevation facing the street, which includes three sash windows and a central door that is situated beneath a deep plain hood. There are dormers on either side of the roof. The west elevation features a two-storey, canted sash window bay on the south side and a French window on the north side. The east gable end is partly weatherboarded and partly stuccoed. Inside, there are exposed timber frame beams.
