Description

The Cottage, located opposite Knights Court on Hadham Road in Standon, is a 17th-century house. It has two storeys, with half-timbering on the lower section and plaster above. The roof is steep and slated. The building features four windows, which are double and triple casement types, complete with sills and small hoods. There is a modern single-storey addition on the south side and a porch on the east side. This property is included in the listing for its group value.
