Farmhouse. Early C18. Red brick. Steep pitched slate M roof. Two and a half storeys, 5 windows house facing N. Double-pile end-chimneys plan. Symmetrical front has 2 flat-topped dormers behind parapet. Raised bands at floor and eaves levels, anti flush box sash windows under segmental arches with 6/6 panes. Central 6-panes door in moulded doorcase with flat canopy on projecting brackets.
