Description

Kiplingcotes Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a graduated slate roof. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays, with a rear wing. The entrance includes a six-panel door with an overlight, set within a 19th-century pilastered doorcase. This is flanked by 16-pane sash windows, which are positioned under cambered gauged brick arches with sills. On the first floor, there are four similar sash windows, with the one above the door being narrower. The house has end and axial stacks, and the raised gables display tumbled-in brickwork.
