Description

No 4, West End is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brown brick and has a pantiled roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays, along with a rear wing. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door with an overlight, which is flanked by sash windows that have glazing bars and sills, all set beneath segmental brick arches. On the first floor, there are three similar sash windows. The house has a stepped brick eaves cornice, end stacks, and tumbled-in brickwork at the raised gables.
