Description
The building consists of a dairy, an attached boundary wall, and a later lean-to outhouse located on the east side. The boundary wall dates back to the 16th century, while the dairy was constructed in the 17th century. The late 19th-century outhouse has been added, along with some alterations to the dairy. The tall retaining wall, made of red brick, serves as a boundary towards the church and features English bond with a chamfered plinth that steps up to accommodate the slope. The single-storey dairy is also made of red brick and has blocked openings in the north wall, two windows, and a roof that has been altered to a slated lean-to. The red brick pantiled lean-to outhouse is positioned against the east side of the boundary wall. The entrance on the east side features a triangular pediment with a plaque depicting a galloping horse, and there is a full wooden entablature supported by brick piers.
