Description
The building is a dairy and adjoining outbuildings located north of Moat Farm House, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick in English bond, with some 19th-century Flemish bond on the west gable, and features an old tile roof. The structure has two storeys. The south elevation includes two ground floor stable doors and a first floor loft door, which is flanked by louvred ventilators. There is one ground floor ventilator on the west side. On the east side, there is an 18th-century red brick wall to the south, along with a single-storey northern extension that has a corrugated iron roof. This extension connects in an L shape with the barn nearby.
