Description
This is an outhouse and dairy located about 20 metres northeast of Hill Farmhouse, dating from the 17th century for the outhouse and the 18th century for the dairy, with alterations made in the 19th century. The structure consists of two parts: the outhouse is timber-framed with brick infill, while the dairy is built of brick, both covered by a continuous plain tile roof.
The outhouse features two storeys divided into four framed bays, with three square panels high to the wall-plate and straight tension braces. There is an additional lower bay of framing on the left side.
The dairy, located to the right, has two casement windows on either side of a central door, all topped with segmental heads.
