GV II Outhouse and dairy. C17 outhouse, C18 dairy, both with C19 alterations. In two parts: timber-frame with brick infill and brick, continuous plain tile roof.

Outhouse: two storeys in four framed bays, three square panels high to wall-plate with straight tension braces, one further (lower) bay of framing to left.

Dairy to right: two casement windows flanking central door, all with segmental heads.
