Description

Hill Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse located in Lower Sapey, Clifton Upon Teme. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof comprising two parallel ranges and features brick end stacks with recessed panels. The building stands two and a half storeys tall and has five bays of windows, with attics illuminated by three gable dormers. The windows are cross mullioned two-light wooden casements. The central entrance is sheltered by a flat canopy and features a six-panelled door, with the upper four panels being glazed.

Inside, the central staircase is notable for its turned balusters and ramped handrail. Some square oak panelling remains in the left front room.
