Lodge to Rossway, now a private house. Probably c.1802 for Robert Sutton of Highgate (main house originally called Rothway rebuilt 1863). Uncoursed knapped flint. Steep, half-hipped red tiled roof of varied fancy tiles carried down on N end and E front to form a rustic verandah. A single-storey rectangular rustic gatelodge facing E. Symmetrical 2 windows front with central door. Flint corner pilasters and raised surround to pointed doorway. 3-light transomed leaded-lattice casement windows under segmental arches. Rear extension. Similar to Tring Lodge to Rossway, q.v.
