Description

The bridge over the River Gade, located in Gadebridge Park, dates from the early 19th century. It features a single segmental span made of cast iron, with a central console and pierced decoration on the arch and spandrels. The bridge is adorned with cast iron railings that have a geometrical pattern. The central and end piers are panelled and include bases and entablatures, with a shield outline raised on the outer face of each central pier of the railings.
