Description

No. 111 on High Street is an early 19th-century building featuring a stucco exterior and a low-pitched roof behind a parapet. It stands three storeys tall and has cellars. The building has a moulded cornice and a rounded angle on the left side. On the upper floors, there are two sash windows with glazing bars set in reveals, along with a central dummy window. To the right, there is a former shop window with glazing bars and slim reeded pilasters. Access to the door is via central steps, and there is an oblong fanlight with glazing bars surrounded by reeded pilasters. A continuous hood extends over both the doorway and the former shop window. To the right, there is a slightly recessed two-storey wing with two windows. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 103 to 111 (odd) and 107A.
