Description
No. 112 on Dibdale Road is an early 19th-century building that has undergone some later alterations. It is constructed of stucco and has three storeys with nine sash windows featuring single glazing bars, all set within moulded architraves that have shaped heads and moulded keyblocks. The sides of the building have false quoins. On the ground floor, there are tripartite windows on either side, which do not have glazing bars and also feature shaped heads and keyblocks. The entrance is framed by two and three-quarter round Tuscan pilaster doorcases with cornices, plain rectangular fanlights, and modern doors. The building has plain eaves and modern tiles on the roof. Despite these alterations, it retains an attractive symmetrical facade.
