Description

These are two early 19th century buildings on the west side of High Street. They are constructed of brown brick with red brick dressings. The building has three storeys and two sash windows on each floor, with glazing bars under flat arches. There’s a canted bay window on the ground floor. A first-floor window on the right was formerly a doorway, and the second-floor right-hand former door is situated beneath an iron sway hoist. A cornice and parapet screen the low-pitched roof. Numbers 48 to 88 (even), Numbers 94 to 100 (even), and a barn in the garden of Numbers 62 and 64 form a group.
